Ok,so before you log in or sign up to Philippine paypal and link up your bank accounts, check first your local bank's code. You're going to need this 9 digits bank code along with your bank account number to complete the process.
Fellow blogger, PINOYMONEYTALK has listed down the bank codes of Philippine banks available so far (Thanks, bro!). Sigh, and Banco De Oro has not yet issued one!!! So here are the bank codes:
